When two people are connected by fate
they say that they are connected by the red string
tied around their little fingers

But I don't see it that way
I think the red string is tied around your neck
because when you go too far away
from that person you know you belong together with
from your soulmate
it feels like you suffocate

To be connected with someone
in spiritual level
I don't think it's love
although it's such a big word
it's still too small to describe that feeling

that is something stronger
something deeper
something we don't have a word in human language
something that is not willing to die
even when the body does
something that keeps on living
desperately searching for its other half
wandering through the time

Isn't it funny
how someone can make you feel so weak
so fragile
and still so strong
at the same time
just by looking at you
make you feel like you were naked
not like your body is naked
but like your soul is

Have you ever had that feeling
when you see someone
someone you have never seen before
someone you know nothing about
only thing you really know
is that you feel like you've been drawn to that person
like it magnetized
like you belong to that person
like you were lovers in your previous lives
and your souls
just recognized each others

Like they were tied together by the red string

That's how I feel about you
but I think my soul made a mistake
it misunderstood you for someone else
cause why else would you deny your feelings

Or could it be that you are afraid?
